The Opportunity
As an Audit Senior, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of clients, working alongside experienced Managers and Directors to deliver high-quality external audits across a diverse range of owner-managed businesses.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, mentoring junior team members and wants to continue progressing their career within a modern, forward-thinking practice.
Your Responsibilities
- Planning and leading external audit assignments from start to completion.
- Working closely with Managers and Directors on a varied client portfolio.
- Leading onsite audit teams and ensuring audits are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact.
- Coaching and developing Audit Trainees and Semi Seniors.
- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client service.
About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or are nearing qualification).
- Previous experience working within UK accountancy practice in external audit.
- Experience auditing owner-managed businesses across a range of sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for developing both clients and colleagues.
